Product Protection Plan

• Standard Shipping: FREE for nearly all addresses in the continental U.S. (Shipping fees apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
• Handling Time: Dispatched via FedEx or UPS within 2 business days (excl. weekends).
• Delivery Time: Normally delivered within 2–5 days.

Note: If you do not receive your tracking info via email within 7 days, please contact us at service@baashabeauty.com to check your order status.

RETURNS

• 30-Day Window: Unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Please check all products upon arrival.
• Return Condition: Only new, unused items in their original manufacturer packaging are eligible for a refund. Items in the clearance section, warehouse sale section, or marked clearance, discontinued, visual imperfections, or closeout are non-refundable. All sales on clearance and warehouse sale items are final.
• Color Variation: Due to lighting and camera variations, product images may not accurately reflect exact physical colors.
• Shipping & Tracking: Returns must be shipped via an insured, traceable method (e.g., UPS, FedEx) in the original outer box or a sturdy shipping box. Baasha is not responsible for returns without delivery confirmation.
• Refund Processing: Once received and approved via inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 days.

WARRANTY

• 1-Year Warranty: Baasha provides a one-year limited warranty for parts/item replacement (not full product returns) unless specified otherwise.
• How to Claim: Email pictures/videos to service@baashabeauty.com. Approved parts are shipped via FedEx/USPS standard shipping. Expedited shipping incurs an extra charge.
• Exclusions: Warranty excludes damage from abuse, misuse, normal wear & tear, alteration, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, chipping, fading, staining, peeling, or acts of nature.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun in our Distribution Centers.
