FAQS
Q: Why does this styling chair feature an "open back" design?
A: The open-back (hollow) design is specifically engineered for high-traffic salon efficiency. It allows cut hair to fall straight to the floor rather than getting trapped in the cushion seams. This makes it incredibly easy to sweep and wipe down between clients, saving your stylists valuable time.
Q: Is the gold coating on the stainless steel armrests durable and chemical-resistant?
A: Yes, absolutely. The armrests are crafted from premium stainless steel with an advanced electroplated gold finish. It is highly resistant to scratches, rust, hair dyes, and harsh salon chemicals. It maintains its luxury, reflective luster and won't fade or peel even after years of daily professional use.
Q: What makes this sofa-style hexagonal backrest ergonomic for long sessions?
A: While the unique hexagonal shape creates a high-fashion, modern salon atmosphere, the interior is packed with high-density, premium sponge that contours perfectly to the human body. The contoured sofa-style seat and backrest distribute weight evenly, offering lasting lower back support and pressure relief during long color or chemical services.
Q: How stable is the hydraulic pump, and will it wobble when rotating?
A: This salon beauty chair is built for professional stability. It features a heavy-duty hydraulic pump that easily withstands up to 330 lbs. Additionally, the base is reinforced with a large 580 mm diameter steel plate, ensuring the chair remains perfectly steady and wobble-free during 360° rotations and 4-inch height adjustments.
Q: Will the rubber reinforced base protect my salon flooring from scratches?
A: Yes. The 580 mm heavy-duty base is fully lined with a premium rubber reinforced ring underneath. This padding serves a dual purpose: it prevents the chair from sliding or wobbling during client movements, and it completely protects sensitive salon floors (like hardwood, tile, or vinyl) from scuffs and scratches.
Q: How easy is it to clean and maintain the leather upholstery?
A: Maintenance is completely hassle-free. The chair is upholstered in premium, wear-resistant PU leather that is water-resistant and chemical-proof. Hair splinters, product buildup, or accidental dye stains can be easily wiped clean with just a damp microfiber cloth and mild soapy water, keeping your salon looking pristine and upscale.
