Shipping Time and Delivery Time: All items will be shipped via FedEx or UPS within 2 business days after receiving your payment (except Saturday and Sunday), and will normally be delivered within 2-5 days.

When you shop with us on Baasha, we wish you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, you might return your unused merchandise for a replacement or refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt.
● After receiving the packages, please check all the products in the order.
● As a result of lighting and camera variations, product images will not accurately reflect the exact physical color of our products.
● Only items in new and unused condition with the original manufacturer package will be accepted for a refund.
●Items in the clearance section, warehouse sale section or marked clearance, discontinued, visual imperfections, or closeout are non-refundable. All sales on clearance and warehouse sale items are final.
●We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our warehouse. Be sure to return the items via an insured and traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Please pack returns in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives at our warehouse in good condition.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.

Warranty Policy
Baasha offers a one-year limited warranty on all of our products unless specified otherwise. A warranty does not entail the product to be returned, but the item or implies parts will be replaced.
To request a replacement, please email the pictures and videos to: service@baashabeauty.com. Upon communication and agreement with our replacement/technician team, replacement parts will be sent out via FedEx or USPS standard shipping. Expedited shipping will be an extra charge, which the customer is responsible for.
Baasha shall not be liable for abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, alteration, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, design concepts, any chipping, fading, staining, peeling, or any acts of nature (fire, water damage, freeze, etc.).

Barber chair

The chair is wonderful. My brother took quite some time putting it together because he over analyzed the instructions. Your body weight helps to recline the chair. Follow all of the instructions (very simple to put together ) Setup should only take less than an hour.

I purchased this chair with the intent to use for both hair (locs) and facials. I needed something that was versatile and of good quality.

I read the reviews and felt felt confident in my decision to purchase and in my abilities to build it myself. Some people said it was easy and took about 2hrs max. And they were right.

Everything went smoothly alone until I got to the leg rest and then the cushion application. Those 2 segments required grip strength and weight to hold te cushion in place while you screw the bottom.
I am about 58 and the person who helped was like 63 and both confirmed the seat in the upright position was comfortable. I didnt try the recline with them. And for them to be comfortable I had to raise the headrest.

All in all Im quite happy with the purchase and hope it stands the rest of time with frequent use.

Comfortable

The chair is very comfortable, the only issue is the head rest sticks out more than the rest of the chair so it pushes my customers forward which makes it challenging to cut long hair. I took the head rest out when I’m just doing hair. I’ll use it when I’m doing lashes and brows. It’s hard to turn at first I’m sure that’ll loosen up. The wheels under the foot rest are hard to push up over my mat when turning the chair, but again it’ll probably get easier the more the chair loosens up.

When I received the chair I was very excited. I couldnt wait to put it all together. I was very happy, considering that the chair looked really nice and felt comfortable. Overall, the chair is comfortable and client approved. Thank you.
