Shipping Policy
Baasha offers FREE standard shipping to nearly all addresses in the continental U.S., however, additional shipping charges apply to shipments to the below areas: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Time and Delivery Time: All items will be shipped via FedEx or UPS within 24~48 business hours after receiving your payment (except Saturday and Sunday), and will normally be delivered within 2-5 days.

If you do not receive the tracking information via email within 7 days after placing your order, please contact us and we will check the status of your order.

Return Policy
When you shop with us on Baasha, we wish you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, you might return your unused merchandise for a replacement or refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt.
● After receiving the packages, please check all the products in the order.
● As a result of lighting and camera variations, product images will not accurately reflect the exact physical color of our products.
● Only items in new and unused condition with the original manufacturer package will be accepted for a refund.
●Items in the clearance section, warehouse sale section or marked clearance, discontinued, visual imperfections, or closeout are non-refundable. All sales on clearance and warehouse sale items are final.
●We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our warehouse. Be sure to return the items via an insured and traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Please pack returns in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives at our warehouse in good condition.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.

Warranty Policy
Baasha offers a one-year limited warranty on all of our products unless specified otherwise. A warranty does not entail the product to be returned, but the item or implies parts will be replaced.
To request a replacement, please email the pictures and videos to: service@baashabeauty.com. Upon communication and agreement with our replacement/technician team, replacement parts will be sent out via FedEx or USPS standard shipping. Expedited shipping will be an extra charge, which the customer is responsible for.
Baasha shall not be liable for abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, alteration, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, design concepts, any chipping, fading, staining, peeling, or any acts of nature (fire, water damage, freeze, etc.).

Order Cancelling
Please note once your order has begun to process in the Distribution Centers we are unable to cancel.
